Position: Office Manager
Job Description:
A. The Employee is responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office including planning staff work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities to office staff and providing administrative assistance.
B. The Employee will perform diverse tasks, including the creation of reports, memos, and various documents, and advise on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical, and vacancy records
C. The Employee will ensure adherence to procedures for considering, issuing, amending, and endorsing insurance policies.
D. The Employee will assist in managing the resources of the office and administrating other day-to-day office to expand the business and perform other tasks as required by the Employer.
